The students really enjoyed this unit. They were able to create a school garden where whānau can come and help maintain, as well as utilise the vegetables from the garden.

Our students have created a big garden on our grounds for us and the community to use. Everyone is very proud of their work and has enjoyed being a part of the project.

This project has brought our Kura together, not just the Year 8’s who initiated the project, but our expert seniors who put the fence up and the many hands that made it light & enjoyable work!

Now, we wait for everything to grow!
