St Hildas Collegiate

The Year 7 class at St Hilda’s Collegiate School planned and created a 51 square metre native garden. They researched and purchased native plants suitable for our school environment. Students then designed,  programmed and built an electronic watering system. This drip feeds each plant based on the soil moisture for that individual plant.

The construction of the garden took 3 full days and the students had a fantastic time giving service to their community.
