What an amazing day! ‘Platoon Awesome’ walked in the pouring rain down to our local rest home to meet with residents that didn’t have family that visited them. We had prepared some questions to ask them, living history, and then played some games. We are in the process of creating a booklet to take back to them and will also paint some rocks to leave in their rooms or in their garden. We can’t wait!
