Our year four class did a book drive and collected books to hand out to schools all over Marlborough. The principals will then give the books to children who don’t have books at home to read. We decorated collection boxes this week that were dropped off at six shops in town as donation spots. We had the breeze radio station on board advertising and interviewing the children. The newspaper also came in and wrote an article for us.

The class loved the project and we collected over 400 books in just two weeks.
