PBS Whareroa Farm SVA from Paraparaumu Beach School.

Te Moana Syndicate consists of 6 Classrooms of approximately 26 – 28 students.

We put together a keen SVA group to work with a volunteer from the Whareroa Farm Guardians Trust.

This team worked together to organise the entire trip. They booked buses. Wrote safety management plans. Liaised with the volunteers. ordered plants.

Checked the weather forecast and released media statements to the local newspaper.

We managed to go to all three proposed plantings and helped plant many trees along an empty stream area.
