These are our students; 126 kids all wearing kindness badges, known as the Kowhai Kindness Crusaders. They help out sad or lonely children in the playground.

Our next working step is the Buddy Bench. It’s being built now, then the kids will paint it and place it on the school grounds somewhere. Kids can sit on the Buddy Bench when they’re lonely and one of the KKC will befriend them.

We have enjoyed this project so far. Bring on 2018!
