DIAMOND HARBOUR SCHOOL

Diamond Harbour School

Thanks for inspiring us at Diamond Harbour!

We completed our ‘Diamond Harbour School Helping Hands’ Day.

Whilst most of the older pupils were off site helping in the community, our Year 3,4,5 pupils set to work to help out around school.

The school bus got a spring clean, the robotics lego was sorted, paintbrushes and palettes from many classes and the toys and math’s equipment’s from Te Kohanga were washed, our own classroom was tidied, library books and school journals were organised, bookshelves straightened, a team went off litter picking and some helped in the garden.

It was a busy morning but showing our respect for, and playing a part in our community meant we were all able to show whanaungatanga.
